James Patterson and Emily Raymond created a love story full of teenage adventures, which is a rollercoaster of fun, sad, inspiring and educational that doesn’t exclude mistakes that reap consequences typical of the young.

The story’s one fault is it starts slow with certain escapades, but picks for the better.

‘First Love’ certainly can be recommended to fans of Nicholas Sparks and especially John Green's "The Fault in Our Stars" due to similar themes, characters and overall scenario in which action of both works are simultaneously happening.
